To kick things off I'd like to introduce you to a couple of people I know and respect. First Amanda Davie. Amanda is now an independent consult but before that she was Head of Search at i-level one of the UK's lead search marketing agencies.
Secondly Clare O'Brien. Clare is the founder of CDA an agency specalising in online content development. The new CDA white paper on Language Pathways is worth a read.
