I've been working at cScape for about 5 years. Having done a social anthropology degree my first job after I graduated was for one of the early Internet start ups and I've been in the industry ever since.
What's your interest in customer engagement?
I'm interested understanding alternative ways of developing relationships online and being able to demostate ROI.
