Does anyone know of an open source (or cheapish) quality CMS with support for segmentation?
What I am looking for is the ability to read a cookie and display a different (modular) page.
It's for a non-profit organisation.

Welcome to the network. Hope you find it useful. I like to try and introduce people a bit to kick things off becuase unlike Facebook the idea here is to get to know people you don't already hang out with.
I think we are due to meet up later today but before we do I thought I'd introduce you to a few people in the network.
Let me start by introducing Patrick. He runs Avantless in Spain and was a great help internationalising the Annual Customer Engagement Survey.
Second, Clare. Clare is MD of CDA and does great things with content.
Third, Matthew who's just about to launch a new award around innovative online form design.
And finally, Lance. Lance runs Closed Loop in the states and again help internationalise the CE Survey/Report.
