- What's your interest in customer engagement?
- Without engagement, you haven't got a lot to work with. Engagement is the foundation for trust and relationships. It must be cultivated and grown with progressive conversations and interactions. My passion is figuring out just how to make that happen and extend its value between organizations and their customers, stakeholders and prospective buyers.
