sign -up questions
Richard - trying this to get going. Might be useful to use relevant questions instead of typical birthdate etc as sign-up. At least this can used to eventually allow the formation of sub-groups of interests within the environment - for further depth. Sub-groups for example for now can be country specific - as an example or domain specific - i.e customer experience in travel

well - i'd preffer anythingelse to age, birthplace etc...something exiting - at the end of the day your recruiting engagement ambassadors!!!
